Replacement policy

Keep in mind that a replacement is necessary depending on the season, the availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. When making a purchase on this website, the Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. The necessary replacements will be at the discretion of the designer.

Disclaimer for fresh floral arrangements:

Fresh flowers have a life of their own. We can’t guarantee how long they will last. For long-lasting flowers, we recommend our “preserved” products.

At Anthea Floral Design, we work with fresh, natural flowers. Due to their organic nature, each rose may vary in its degree of openness, shape, or size. Some may appear more closed, while others may be more open. This variation is completely normal and does not affect the quality or freshness of the floral arrangement. We do not control or alter these natural processes, therefore returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.

We do not have a specific schedule for deliveries, we implement time ranges for the internal organization of our company.

For special dates, 14F, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, December 24, 25, 31 we recommend placing your orders at least 48 hours in advance.

Disclaimer for fresh floral arrangements:

Keep the arrangement in a cool place.

Remove the flowers and foliage that fade.

Some arrangements in glass containers require a change of water, every two days.
