Replacement policy

Keep in mind that a replacement is necessary depending on the season, the availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. When making a purchase on this website, the Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. The necessary replacements will be at the discretion of the designer.

Fresh flowers have a life of their own. We can’t guarantee how long they will last. For long-lasting flowers, we recommend our “preserved” products.

We do not have a specific schedule for deliveries, we implement time ranges for the internal organization of our company.

For special dates, 14F, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, December 24, 25, 31 we recommend placing your orders at least 48 hours in advance.
