Keep in mind that if I replacement is necessary, our designers will go ahead with a replacement and  depending on the season, the availability of flowers or other items may change due to any unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. By making a purchase on this website, the Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. The necessary replacements will be at the discretion of the designer.

Fresh flowers are freshly cut and perishable flowers. Fresh flowers have a life of their own. We can’t guarantee how long they will last. For long-lasting flowers, we recommend our “Preserved” products.

Follow these instructions to extend the life of your flowers:

Place your arrangement in water.

Keep the arrangement in a cool place.

 Remove the flowers and foliage that fade.
