Replacement policy

Keep in mind that a replacement is necessary depending on the season, the availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. When making a purchase on this website, the Customer authorizes the substitutions within a specific color palette. The necessary replacements will be at the discretion of the designer.

Disclaimer for fresh floral arrangements:

Fresh flowers have a life of their own. We can’t guarantee how long they will last. For long-lasting flowers, we recommend our “Preserved” products.

We do not have a specific schedule for deliveries, we implement time intervals for the internal organization of our company.

For special dates, 14F, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, December 24, 25, 31, we recommend placing your orders at least 48 hours in advance.

Keep the arrangement in a cool place.

Remove the flowers and foliage that fade.

Some repairs in glass containers require a water change every two days.

Place it in water.
