Substitution Policy

Keep in mind that a replacement is necessary depending on the season, the availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. By making a purchase on this website, the Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. The necessary replacements will be at the discretion of the designer.

Disclaimer for fresh floral arrangements:

Fresh flowers are freshly cut and perishable flowers. Fresh flowers have a life of their own. We can’t guarantee how long they will last. For long-lasting flowers, we recommend our “Preserved” products.

We do not have a specific schedule for deliveries, we implement time ranges for the internal organization of our company.

For special dates, 14F, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, December 24, 25, 31 we recommend placing your orders at least 48 hours in advance.

Follow these instructions to extend the life of your flowers:

Keep the arrangement in a cool place.

Remove the flowers and foliage that fade.

Delivery only in Miami-Dade,  Broward and Palm Beach area. If you have any special requests, do not hesitate to call us at 786-403-2568 to discuss the details of your order.
